I purposely tried to keep this book short and to the point. As a result, there is minimal fluff here, with the main focus being an action list that will make sure that in your next job interview you present yourself and what you can do to maximum effect.
I would not have written this book if I had not executed these same steps myself. For every job interview that I go on I utilize the Mind Map and the Job Interview Portfolio that I cover in the book. I can confidently say that they work!Go ahead and try out what I have recommended and see if these things don't put you in the forefront as the best candidate the interviewer has ever seen.
About the Author
Dan Rivera is an operations and supply chain director with over 25 years of experience in both aerospace and biomedical technology. In addition to Dan's day job of helping companies to run efficiently and remain profitable, he has been teaching courses in lean, and production and inventory management at local universities, community colleges and large companies (like Boeing, PPG Aerospace, Meggitt PLC and PCC) for over 22 years. The intersection of these two interests has led Dan to refine his approach to mentoring employees that he works with, students in the workforce that he teaches, as well as recent college graduates (or those soon to graduate) with the goal of helping all of them to find the career that is best suited to them or helping them to more rapidly climb the corporate ladder. Dan's passion for helping those around him to achieve more was the impetus for becoming an author and writing "Superstar Job Interview."
