For All “Personnel”

I thoroughly enjoyed this book.
This book is not just for those working in human resources. Everyone who works in an organization of any size will have fun recognizing their co-workers, bosses, and maybe even themselves. The bulk of the book is a humorous, satirical look at human resource issues. It then takes a more serisous look at some of those issues, but still in a humorous manner. Not being an HR person, I learned that they are given tasks from all sides of a company. It’s often up to them to negotiate what’s best for all in the long term; and sometimes it’s an impossible task.
Anyone who interacts with HR can gain some insight regarding their role in the workplace.
